Mayfair Art Studios has a variety of studio spaces to meet the needs of creatives. Our Flexible studio spaces are perfect for artists, musicians, photographers, and ceramicists looking to grow their creative businesses.
ceramics studio
Our ceramics studio is perfect for potters who are looking for a flexible and spacious place to throw or teach classes.
Rental:
- $20/hr wheel rental
- $10/hr table/slab rental
- $55/hr for the whole room (to teach a class)
- $20 per fire for Kiln bisque or glaze firings
Photography Studio
Mayfair’s photo studio is 18x13 feet with a painted concrete floor. Photography studio rental includes:
- 1 Godox SK400II Studio Strobe and 32 inch soft-box with 400 Ws of power
- 1 Godox X2T-S TTL Wireless Flash Trigger (Sony)
- 1 Godox X2T-C TTL Wireless Flash Trigger (Canon)
- 1 Godox X2T-N TTL Wireless Flash Trigger (Nikon)
- mounted backdrop support with a selection of White, Black, and Orange seamless paper. Additional backdrops may also be brought and switched out (self-installation required).
- Pedestals are available for product photography.
Rental: $30 per hour

Content Restrictions:
- No Nudity or Sexually Suggestive Content: The studio has a strict policy against nudity and any sexually suggestive or abusive content.
- No Hate Speech or Discriminatory Content: Any content that promotes hate speech, discrimination, or harassment based on race, gender, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected status is strictly prohibited.
Safety and Welfare:
- No Hazardous Materials: The use of hazardous materials, including but not limited to pyrotechnics, explosives, flammable substances, or toxic chemicals, is strictly forbidden.
- No Smoking: Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes and vaporizers, is not allowed anywhere in the studio.
- No Alcohol or Drugs: The consumption of alcohol or use of recreational drugs on studio premises is strictly prohibited. Anyone under the influence will be asked to leave immediately.
Dance and Movement Studios
Mayfair features two 20′ x 50′ dance practice studios available for rent by the hour! Whether you need a place to practice your routine, a performance, or teach dance, movement, or yoga classes, this space is for you. Rent only the time you need and join our creative community!
Cost: $40/hr per studio

2D/3D Studio
Our large 2D/3D Studio is a great flex space for workshops, classes, pottery hand-building, jewelry making, hosting an event, and more.
